Understanding Your Mind: Available Evaluations

A Message from
Dr. Grey

Hey there, I know this can be overwhelming. I’ve been here— in this exact spot. I was diagnosed with my neurodivergence at the age of 30. The whole experience was uncomfortable and dehumanizing.

As an Adult, seeking clarity around ADHD or Autism can feel empowering, vulnerable, and sad. Maybe you’ve always sensed that your brain worked differently, or you’ve spent years masking, adapting, and trying to fit into a world that wasn’t built for you.

This isn’t about “Fixing” you— it’s about understanding you.

My neurodivergent-affirming assessments are collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in your lived experience. Together, we explore how you experience the world—your attention, sensory landscape, emotional rhythms, communication style, and ways of relating. You are the expert of your experience; I’m here to help reflect it with clarity and respect.

The report you receive isn’t just a clinical summary—it’s a tool for self-understanding, self-advocacy, and access. Whether you’re seeking language for your internal experience, pursuing accommodation, or simply wanting to be seen more fully, this process is designed to support your autonomy and human experience.

You are not broken. Your brain is not wrong. You deserve a space that honors all the ways you’ve learned to survive and helps you connect with who you are—on your terms.

What You Can Expect

  • Respectful and Neurodivergence-Affirming Evaluations: Your lived experience matters. I provide thoughtful, comprehensive assessments that recognize the diversity of how brains work—centering your strengths, challenges, and context without pathologizing who you are.

  • Clear, Collaborative, and Useful Reports: Each report is written with the intention of being clear, detailed, and designed to reflect you. Whether you’re seeking clarity, accommodations, or documentation, you’ll receive a report that’s accessible, accurate, and grounded in your experience—not just clinical criteria.

  • Timely and Reliable Process: I understand that waiting can be stressful. Assessments are completed with care and efficiency so you can access the insight, support, or accommodations you need—without unnecessary delays or confusion.

  • Trauma-Informed and Compassionate Care: Many neurodivergent people have experienced being misunderstood or dismissed. My process is built to be validating, not clinical or cold—offering a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported.

  • LGBTQ+ and Identity-Affirming: I work from a place that affirms all aspects of who you are—including your gender, sexuality, culture, and neurotype. Assessments are conducted through an inclusive lens that honors your whole identity and lived experience without bias or assumptions.

The Process:

1. Booking an appointment

First, we will consult and discuss your particular needs. Once we determine your goal, we can schedule a time for the preferred assessment, which is conducted virtually.

2. The Evaluation

The evaluation you want to complete determines this part of the process. This can range from 60 to 120 minutes. I ask questions to gather as much information as possible to provide an accurate assessment and clinical recommendation for you.

4. Feedback Sessions

Lastly, once the report is completed, we can schedule your feedback session. In this session, we will review the diagnostic findings, and then you can receive a finalized copy of the report along with any other documentation discussed during the initial consult.

3. The Report

Once the assessment is completed, I can provide a clinical report in roughly 14 business days. For those who need an expedited report, there is an additional fee. Please let me know your time frame when scheduling.
